1. Chi siamo

My Horse World è un'app gratuita per chi ha cavalli, offerta da Enrico Galato (info@myhorseworld.it). Usando My Horse World accetti queste condizioni e l'informativa privacy.

2. L'account

Per creare l'account basta la tua email: ricevi un codice con cui entrare.
Devi avere almeno 14 anni. La comunità dei proprietari, la ricerca per la riproduzione e i messaggi tra proprietari sono riservati ai maggiorenni.
I dati che inserisci devono essere veri e riguardare cavalli di cui sei proprietario o responsabile.
Puoi eliminare l'account quando vuoi, dall'app.

3. Regole di comportamento: tolleranza zero

Su My Horse World non sono ammessi:

contenuti offensivi, volgari, violenti, discriminatori, sessuali o illegali, in foto, note e messaggi;
molestie, minacce, spam o messaggi indesiderati ripetuti;
la vendita o l'acquisto di cavalli o di altri animali tramite My Horse World, e le richieste di denaro;
profili falsi o schede di cavalli di altre persone senza il loro permesso;
qualsiasi uso contrario al benessere dei cavalli o alla legge.

La riproduzione va fatta in modo responsabile, solo con animali sani e con i controlli veterinari necessari, nel rispetto delle norme sulla riproduzione e sull'identificazione degli equidi. Gli accordi tra utenti riguardano solo loro: My Horse World non vi partecipa e non ne risponde. Per incontrarvi scegliete un luogo pubblico e non inviate mai denaro.

4. Segnalazioni e moderazione

Puoi segnalare un cavallo o una conversazione e bloccare qualsiasi utente. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni entro 24 ore e possiamo rimuovere contenuti, nascondere schede e sospendere o chiudere, anche senza preavviso, gli account di chi non rispetta queste regole.

5. I tuoi contenuti

Foto, note, alberi genealogici e messaggi restano tuoi. Ci dai il permesso, gratuito e limitato al funzionamento di My Horse World, di conservarli e mostrarli alle persone a cui sono destinati: per i cavalli che rendi visibili, agli altri proprietari, anche come genitori nelle schede dei loro cavalli. Il permesso finisce quando li cancelli o elimini l'account. Puoi caricare solo foto di cui hai i diritti.

6. Posti, manifestazioni e informazioni

I posti provengono da OpenStreetMap e dalle proposte degli utenti, le manifestazioni dalle proposte degli utenti: possono essere incompleti o non aggiornati, quindi prima di andare verifica orari e date con chi li gestisce. Le informazioni di My Horse World non sostituiscono il parere di un veterinario: in caso di emergenza chiama subito un veterinario.

7. Servizio e responsabilità

My Horse World è offerta così com'è e può cambiare, interrompersi o terminare. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo dei danni indiretti né del comportamento degli altri utenti. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.

8. App Store e Google Play

Se scarichi My Horse World dall'App Store si applica anche il contratto di licenza standard di Apple (EULA); se la scarichi da Google Play, i termini di Google Play. Apple e Google non sono responsabili di My Horse World né della sua assistenza.

9. Modifiche, legge applicabile e contatti

Possiamo aggiornare queste condizioni; dei cambiamenti importanti ti avviseremo nell'app. Si applica la legge italiana, fatti salvi i diritti dei consumatori e la competenza del giudice del luogo in cui vivono. Per qualsiasi domanda: info@myhorseworld.it.

1. Who we are

My Horse World is a free app for horse owners, offered by Enrico Galato (info@myhorseworld.it). By using My Horse World you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Your account

All you need to create an account is your email: you receive a code to sign in.
You must be at least 14 years old. The owners' community, breeding search and messages between owners are for adults only.
What you enter must be true and concern horses you own or are responsible for.
You can delete your account at any time from the app.

3. Rules of conduct: zero tolerance

The following are not allowed on My Horse World:

offensive, vulgar, violent, discriminatory, sexual or illegal content, in photos, notes or messages;
harassment, threats, spam or repeated unwanted messages;
selling or buying horses or other animals through My Horse World, and asking for money;
fake profiles, or profiles of other people's horses without their permission;
any use that harms horse welfare or breaks the law.

Breeding must be responsible, only with healthy animals and the necessary veterinary checks, in compliance with the rules on equine breeding and identification. Agreements between users only concern them: My Horse World takes no part in them and is not liable for them. Meet in a public place and never send money.

4. Reports and moderation

You can report a horse or a conversation and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, hide profiles and suspend or close, even without notice, the accounts of anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Your content

Your photos, notes, family trees and messages remain yours. You give us a free permission, limited to running My Horse World, to store them and show them to the people they are meant for: for the horses you make visible, to other owners, including as parents on their horses' profiles. It ends when you delete them or your account. Only upload photos you have the rights to.

6. Places, events and information

Places come from OpenStreetMap and from users' proposals, events from users' proposals: they may be incomplete or out of date, so check opening hours and dates with whoever runs them before going. Information in My Horse World is no substitute for a vet's advice: in an emergency, call a vet straight away.

7. Service and liability

My Horse World is provided as is and may change, be interrupted or end. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or for other users' behaviour. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. App Store and Google Play

If you download My Horse World from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies; if you download it from Google Play, the Google Play terms apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for My Horse World or its support.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app about important changes. Italian law applies, without prejudice to consumers' rights and to the courts of the place where they live. For any question: info@myhorseworld.it.
